Quantcha may make chat rooms, forums, message boards, and other interactive features available to users. Any information disclosed in these areas, or otherwise submitted to Quantcha for publication, becomes public information and is no longer within the shield of this privacy statement. Use extreme caution when disclosing personal information through any of the above-mentioned communication mechanisms.
Users must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. Quantcha has no interest in collecting information from persons under 18 years of age.

Our Terms of Use take precedence over any conflicting provision in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, excluding any conflicts of law principles. Any legal actions against Quantcha must be commenced in the State of Washington within one year after the claim arose.
